About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fraud Investigator to join our Customer Service team at Spectrum. As a Fraud Investigator, you will be responsible for investigating potential fraudulent activity and ensuring that our customers are protected from financial loss.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and analyze customer complaints and identify potential fraudulent activity
  • Develop and implement strategies to prevent and detect fraud
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and prevent future fraud
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in fraud prevention and detection
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in fraud investigation or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
