HB Leisure Inc is a dynamic and innovative company seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Games Ambassador to join our team. As a Games Ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and driving sales at our carnival games.



The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with guests of all ages and backgrounds. You will be a team player who can work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Guest Experience: Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for all patrons.
  • Sales and Revenue: Utilize various selling techniques to drive sales and revenue growth, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Game Operation: Effectively manage and maintain the carnival games, ensuring they are clean, well-maintained, and operating efficiently.
  • Inventory and Logistics: Assist with inventory efforts, including counting, product transfers, and displays, as needed.


Requirements and Qualifications:


  • Education and Experience: Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Commitment to Excellence: Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving sales growth.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with guests of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Teamwork and Flexibility: Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.


Benefits and Compensation:


  • Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
