Position Responsibilities:The successful candidate will uphold the standards for the exterior aesthetics of the community by executing various tasks to enhance the grounds, amenities, and overall visual appeal of the property. Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting regular inspections of the property to eliminate litter, debris, and pet waste, ensuring all communal areas and amenities are tidy and presentable at all times.
- Clearing out trash and remaining items from unoccupied units before initiating the make-ready process, transferring waste to the designated disposal area, and maintaining cleanliness in storage locations.
- Addressing minor and routine service requests as directed by the Service Supervisor or Community Manager, and assisting the make-ready specialist during the turnover process.
- Changing locks in accordance with property policies and ensuring that pool area gates are functioning per safety codes and standards.
- Distributing notices and communications to residents as needed.
- Alerting supervisors to any identified hazards or potentially unsafe conditions affecting residents, team members, guests, and others.
- Exhibiting customer service skills by treating residents and others with courtesy, addressing resident inquiries, and responding thoughtfully to maintenance service complaints.
