Serve as a vital member of our team at Signature Aviation, the world's largest Fixed Base Operators (FBO) network. Our comprehensive services include refueling, hangarage, maintenance, repair and overhaul, and other amenities with exceptional customer service.

About the Role

This position offers an estimated annual salary of $45,000 - $65,000, based on your location and experience. As an Airside Service Technician, you will be responsible for safely providing requested services for general aviation aircraft, crew, and guests.

  • You will operate ground service equipment and use knowledge of company policies and procedures to deliver efficient and exceptional service.
  • Work as part of a team to conduct airside operations safely and efficiently in accordance with established policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Collaborate closely with all team members, guests, clients, vendors, and aircraft crewmembers to ensure service needs are met.
  • Proactively prepare for arriving/departing aircraft, identify and perform open job tasks, and immediately speak up and/or point out observed safety concerns.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to pass company background checks, drug tests, meet airport background check requirements, and be insurable by the Company's applicable insurance policies.
  • Licenses to drive motor vehicles, such as a commercial driver's license (CDL), if required by local regulations.
  • Excellent vision and coordination to move and/or direct aircraft and visually inspect aircraft fuel.
  • An ability to exercise good judgment and follow directions/directives from supervisor/management.
Preferred Qualifications

Three to six months of experience and/or training in aviation, customer service, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience/training is preferred.
