Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing heating and cooling systems in residential homes.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and address customer HVAC concerns and present options to customers
  • Perform all service repairs at a high proficiency level to customer satisfaction
  • Understand and follow proper diagnostic procedures when servicing and repairing equipment
  • Acquire necessary tools to perform professional HVAC service
  • Complete all required documentation on services, explain guarantees/warranties, and collect, record, and deliver fees to the office
  • Attend weekly training meetings

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of two years of experience preferred in residential HVAC service
  • EPA Certificate
  • Attention to detail
  • Valid Driver's license, excellent customer service, and communication skills
  • Ability to raise, manipulate, and maneuver tools, components, and materials and handle a variety of items, equipment, control knobs, switches, etc.
  • Must be able to lift or carry heavy objects of up to 50 pounds, including duct work, furnaces, or materials
