Job Summary:

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who want to pursue a career in nursing, but may not be ready for the demands of a LPN or RN role yet. You will assist residents with activities of daily living, provide basic nursing care, and help maintain a safe and clean environment under the supervision of our experienced DON/Charge Nurses.

Requirements:

  • Wisconsin CNA certification or ability to obtain
  • No convictions or pleaded "no contest" to resident/patient abuse, neglect, or mistreatment
  • Minimum age: 16 years old
  • Prior experience as a CNA is not required, but would be an asset
