Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Night Auditor to join our team at the Fairfield Inn & Suites. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and register guests upon arrival, verifying reservation information and ensuring accurate room assignments.
  • Respond to guest needs, special requests, and complaints, communicating all guest needs to the next shift.
  • Verify that all charges (room rates, discounts, etc.) are assigned to the appropriate departments/guest accounts.
  • Prepare daily reports as required by management, including End of Day procedures.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as asked by the General Manager and the Assistant General Manager based upon hotel needs.
  • General cleaning of public areas and restrooms.
  • Laundry is a significant portion of this shift.
Requirements:
  • Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school or any other combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Ability to work varying schedules and holidays to reflect the business needs of the hotel.
  • Regular attendance is essential to the successful performance of this position.
