Private Duty Nurse Opportunities in Lincoln

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking skilled nurses to fill private duty homecare positions. As a nurse with our company, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
- Document the patient's plan of care using identified nursing diagnoses, expected patient outcomes, and selected nursing interventions.
- Perform interventions according to identified priorities, plan of care, and hospital policies and patient care outcome standards.
- Revises the plan of care according to evaluation, changes in medical plan of care, and effective/ineffective nursing interventions.
- Use clinical judgment in evaluation activities to meet patient care needs of an assigned unit/floor, including establishing priorities.
- Other RN or LPN duties as assigned.
- Current Nurse License for the state in which the nurse practices.
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year prior Nurse experience preferred.
