Job SummaryWe are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Westside Care Center. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing direct care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as eating, toileting, and transferring
- Monitor residents' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Participate in resident care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
- State of Connecticut CNA Certification
- Proficiency in English
- Previous CNA experience preferred, but not required
- COVID-19 Primary series vaccination required
- Competitive hourly pay rate of $20 with scheduled raises
