Physical Therapist

MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic outpatient setting.

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' medical histories and conditions to determine the best course of treatment.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that address patients' needs and goals.
• Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to aid in patient recovery.
• Educate patients and their families about the therapy process, exercises, and home care techniques.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed to achieve therapeutic goals.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress, and treatment outcomes.

• Physical Therapy License is required.
• 2 years experience in a similar setting is preferred.
• Epic experience is a plus.
