Avera is seeking a skilled Housekeeper/Patient Care Technician to join our multidisciplinary team. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care and maintain a clean and safe environment for our patients and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Perform duties concerning direct and indirect patient care as assigned.
- Coordinate non-clinical activities of the patient care unit.
- Complete housekeeping duties, including maintaining janitor rooms and carts.
- Report any mechanical failures or issues to maintenance personnel.
- Request help with moving heavy objects or equipment.
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
- On-the-job training provided.
Work Schedule:
Day Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-1:00pm. The hourly range for this position is $50 per hour, dependent on experience.
