Qualifications
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Background Check: Must be willing and able to submit to and pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
  • Experience: Prior verifiable experience with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including changing, dressing, bathing, and transferring, is preferred.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation to and from work every day.
  • Soft Skills: Ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner, willingness to enforce health and safety standards, and a commitment to providing high-quality care.
