Job Summary

We're seeking a dynamic Account Advisor with a proven ability to solve complex problems and a hunger for growth, change, and excellence. The ideal candidate is highly strategic, diverse in capabilities and interests, and has a consultative approach to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

The Account Advisor will have ownership over the planning, project management, creation, and maintenance of the client relationship and the solutions needed to enhance and optimize client success and workforce readiness. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the needs and expectations of the client in a proactive manner
  • Managing the renewal process
  • Creating and preserving client online enrollment and communications websites
  • Educating support teams to ensure correct and efficient administration of benefit offerings
  • Traveling to client locations to facilitate educational meetings and provide open enrollment assistance
  • Designing and producing materials for client presentations and meetings
  • Keeping clients apprised of compliance issues and changes that may affect their benefits
  • Responding to client inquiries and maintaining documentation of issues and resolutions
  • Analyzing and interpreting claims experience to identify issues and determine ways to mitigate risk
  • Participating in finalist presentations and conducting site tours for prospective clients
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A high school diploma with 5-7 years of successful benefits-related experience
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent client relationship and customer service orientation skills
  • Results-driven approach
  • A high level of integrity and dependability
  • Knowledge of employee benefits options and appropriate insurance licensing
  • Experience with MS Office and employee benefits administration software applications
