**Job Overview:** Apartment Leasing Expert - Resident Relations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Apartment Leasing Expert to join our team at Northwood Ravin, LLC. As an Apartment Leasing Expert, you will be responsible for leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations of multi-family residential apartments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to current residents, potential residents, business partners, and neighborhood partners.
• Qualify prospects by covering all criteria and demonstrate community and apartment/models.
• Apply product knowledge to clients' needs by communicating the features and benefits of our properties.
• Update leasing software, process applications for approvals, and submit processed applications to the Community Manager for approval.

Requirements:

• High School degree or equivalent.
• 2+ years experience in customer service.
• Must obtain The Fair Housing Certification within 30 days of hire or prior to interacting with prospective residents.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Estimated Salary Range:** $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
