Nail Artist

At Gould's Salons and Spas, we strive to deliver exceptional client experiences. As a nail technician, you will play a key role in our mission of style by providing high-quality nail services.

This position reports to the Salon Manager and involves contributing to our team's success by delivering expert nail services in a range of modalities.

• Provide luxurious client experiences;
• E nsure client comfort at all times;
• Perform all nail services with precision and care;
• Develop strong client relationships to retain and expand business through consistent service delivery and product knowledge;
• Participate in salon activities, including staff meetings, promotions, continuing education, and training sessions;
• Comply with federal and state regulations related to professional licensing;
• Report damaged equipment to management promptly.

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

• H old an active Tennessee State cosmetology or Nail license;
• Demonstrate a service-minded attitude;
• Analyze client needs and nails to select the best products and styles, as well as market chosen products effectively;
• Possess active listening skills and a high attention to detail;
• Previous work experience is highly valued;
• C ommit to ongoing learning and wellness;
• Show reliability and dependability.

The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $42,000-$60,000 based on location and industry standards.
