We are seeking a board-certified or eligible physiatrist to join our nationwide physiatry group. This is a part-time or full-time opportunity to work out of an inpatient rehab facility.

Job Details
  • Clinical Role:
    • Seeking a board-certified or eligible physiatrist
    • Opportunity to work part-time or full-time
    • Work out of an inpatient rehab facility
    • Brand new market for this group
    • Expect to see 18-22 patients per day
    • Call: TBD
    • Group has a compliance program

    • Nationwide physiatry group
    • Group employs 100+ physicians nationwide
    • Physicians are typically employed as W2
    • If you do part-time, you'd be a 1099 directly through the hiring entity
    • Employed providers get full benefits
    • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
    • Malpractice insurance with a tail
    • Full-time providers make a guaranteed $150,000 per year
    • Once you meet the company's bonus structure, you get 70% of the billings
    • On average, their full-time physicians make $300,000 annually
    • Group uses an app called MD Coder - it allows you to put your charges in with ease, provides you with billing codes, and ensures that all are meeting compliance standards
  • Salary and Benefits:
    • $150,000 per year guaranteed for full-time providers
    • 70% of billings after meeting bonus structure
