Position Summary: Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to fill a school-based role. As a member of our team, you will work directly with students to assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders, promoting their academic and social development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language issues.
  • Collaborate with teachers and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to ensure student progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and treatment outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • State licensure or eligibility in the state of Iowa.
  • Preferred qualifications include Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for certification.
