We are currently seeking a Specialized Physical Education Instructor to join our team. This position operates Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

As a Specialized Physical Education Instructor, you will play a vital role in our students' development by:
  • Adapting physical education activities to meet the unique needs outlined in Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) within established lesson plans.
  • Collaborating with instructional staff and other school personnel to enhance student outcomes and support the school improvement plan.
  • Working alongside occupational and physical therapists and classroom teachers to ensure program continuity.
  • Assisting students in enhancing their motor skills through group and individual games and overall physical fitness activities.
  • Designing tailored activities on a weekly and monthly basis based on each student's needs and goals.
  • Acquiring specialized equipment and developing programs aimed at improving students' motor skills.
Requirements:

Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in Health and Physical Education is required.
  • A conditional license may be granted if the teacher is actively pursuing the necessary endorsement.
