Compensation:

$20 - $35 hourly

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process payments accurately and ensure the correctness of guest checks to safeguard both the customer and the establishment from transaction errors.
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of menu offerings, ingredients, and daily specials to effectively respond to customer inquiries and provide recommendations.
  • Participate actively in pre-shift and departmental meetings to gain comprehensive knowledge of all products, services, and operational procedures.
  • Welcome guests, take food and beverage orders, serve promptly, and accommodate any special requests or needs.
  • Restock supplies and maintain cleanliness as directed, including preparatory and closing tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills with both customers and colleagues.
