Since our inception in 2013, we have swiftly emerged as a premier B2B rewards and incentives platform, catering to a diverse clientele that includes mid-sized corporations, nonprofit organizations, and Fortune 500 companies. Our growth has been propelled by a product-led growth (PLG) strategy, and as we continue to expand, we are in search of a seasoned Project Manager to enhance our Product team.

Role Responsibilities

Are you exceptionally organized and energized by tackling challenges? Have you effectively managed and executed projects in a software or e-commerce setting? Giftogram is on the lookout for a proactive and innovative Project Manager to lead critical internal initiatives and support the goals of our Product team. This position operates in a hybrid model, requiring some onsite presence.

In this capacity, you will conduct thorough research, set timelines, allocate resources, document workflows, and engage with various stakeholders to guarantee the timely and successful delivery of projects. You will collaborate with leadership to develop and monitor team KPIs, ensuring operational efficiency while actively participating in all stages of project execution to achieve high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the successful delivery of large-scale, intricate projects while identifying the most effective completion strategies.
  • Create detailed project plans that delineate timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource distribution.
  • Evaluate and manage resource requirements across multiple projects, recognizing their influence on overall team capacity.
  • Provide succinct executive summaries to senior leadership regarding project risks and mitigation strategies, maintaining a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Supervise the tracking and approval of all project assets prior to release, ensuring thorough internal reviews.
  • Proactively monitor project expenditures, ensuring precise time tracking, resource allocation, and financial forecasts while being ready to clarify any discrepancies.
  • Address and resolve any technical challenges or obstacles encountered during the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure project documentation is accurate and aligns with company protocols; uphold accountability for compliance with workflows and tool usage.
  • Confirm that all projects undergo comprehensive testing and documentation before deployment.
  • Prepare and deliver regular KPI reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience as a Project Manager, ideally within a software development context.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of effectively bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Github, YouTrack).
  • Strong analytical skills and the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation range for this role: $80,000 - $110,000 base salary plus discretionary annual performance bonus.
  • 401k with Company Match.
  • Comprehensive Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance.
  • Flexible hybrid work schedule.
  • 15 PTO Days plus paid company holidays.
