Infinite Therapeutic Services is a dynamic private practice seeking a licensed psychotherapist to join our team as a W-2 position. This role offers a unique blend of clinical expertise and administrative support, allowing you to focus on what matters most - helping individuals and families transform their lives.

As a relationship counselor, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing guidance and support to those seeking to enhance their relationships and personal lives. Our practice is committed to providing a collaborative and supportive environment, with a focus on ongoing training and development to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in your role.

Key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Providing 25+ clinical hours per week for a full-time position
  • Working some evenings and Saturdays on a weekly basis, with flexibility to accommodate client needs
  • Developing and maintaining a caseload, with opportunities for growth and development
  • Participating in weekly meetings for clinical support and collaboration
  • Utilizing our user-friendly EHR system to manage client records and communicate with colleagues

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $95,000 DOE, as well as a range of benefits for full-time employees, including PTO, paid training, and 401k. Qualifications:

  • Must be an LMFT, LMHC, or psychologist with a valid Florida license and a minimum of two years of experience
  • Preferred qualifications include Gottman, EFT, Imago, or other similar marriage counseling training, as well as experience working with couples and families
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic about working with relational issues, with a commitment to ongoing learning and development
