About the Role

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and mathematically skilled Cage Cashier to join our team at Hollywood Casino Aurora. As a Cage Cashier, you will be responsible for collecting money from gamblers, processing payments, and ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain security and accountability over all funds, including cash, cash advances, gaming chips, jackpot payouts, and other financial transactions.
  • Execute accurate reports, including balancing banks, closeout reports, daily deposits, and reconciliation of kiosks.
  • Demonstrate outstanding internal and external service, providing exceptional customer experience and communicating effectively with customers and colleagues.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and speak English.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical operations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
  • Previous money handling experience and experience with a 10-key calculator.
  • Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time and physical mobility with reasonable accommodations.
