Job Title:
.Net Developer Technical Lead

Job Summary:
CyberTec is seeking a highly skilled .Net Developer Technical Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of complex custom software solutions for our business units.

Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the software development team responsible for developing and delivering complex custom software solutions.
- Champion innovative approaches to utilizing technology to solve business problems and achieve business goals and objectives.
- Perform complex analyses of business requirements and produce complex technical designs to meet the needs of the business.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or closely related field.
- Minimum of seven years of experience working with .Net development.
- At least two years in a team leader or supervisory role.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Comprehensive experience in .Net, C#, XML, .net Core, and MS SQL technologies.
- Experience in using software development methodologies and secure coding practices.
- Proficiency in an Agile shop utilizing toolsets like Jira, Kanban, Rally.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Expert knowledge of programming languages such as .net, .net core, SQL, Serverless technologies, PHP, etc.
- Hand-on experience on container orchestrations Docker, Kubernetes, Elastic Kubernetes Service, Azure Kubernetes Service, etc.
- Working knowledge on cloud technologies (Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform).
