Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming guests and seating them in a timely manner
  • Taking reservations and managing table assignments
  • Providing accurate information about menu items, promotions, and special events
  • Responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly
  • Maintaining a clean and organized dining area

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in hospitality preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
