About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Ferris, Texas. As a key member of our educational community, you will have the opportunity to empower students to communicate effectively and reach their full potential.

Job Summary:

This is a contract position with a preferred full-time schedule for the 2024-2025 school year. You will work with a diverse student population, aged K-12, providing exceptional services as a speech therapist. Your caseload will be challenging yet rewarding, requiring your expertise in assessing and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Identify speech and language disorders through thorough assessments.
  • Develop Treatment Plans: Create personalized plans to address each student's unique requirements.
  • Provide Therapy Services: Deliver direct therapy services in both individual and group settings.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • A valid Texas state license or eligibility for licensure.
  • A Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
  • Experience working with school-aged children, particularly in a school setting.

About the Salary:

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000-$80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
