  • The role is hospital-employed and offers a full-time, permanent opportunity.
  • The work will be conducted in an inpatient environment.
  • You will be part of a supportive collegial atmosphere with experienced and respected healthcare providers.
  • Collaborate with a team of 9 hospitalists.
  • Manage a patient load of approximately 15-18 individuals per day.
  • Enjoy a block schedule of 7 days on and 7 days off during daytime shifts.
  • The facility features an open ICU.
  • While procedures can be performed by hospitalists, it is not a mandatory requirement.
  • A general surgery team is available for central lines, and radiology handles other procedures.
  • Benefit from state-of-the-art laboratory and medical imaging services, along with a comprehensive range of specialty consultants to support patient care.
  • Our active Clinical Documentation Improvement and Case Management teams are dedicated to optimizing coding and facilitating safe and efficient patient transitions through the healthcare system.
  • The average Med-Surg census is around 70 patients daily.
  • We utilize Electronic Health Records through Meditech, with eClinical Works (eCW) and a Patient Portal in the outpatient practice.
