Position Overview:

As a key member of Booz Allen Hamilton, you will take on the role of a Cyber Operations Strategist and Policy Consultant. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver insightful analysis, strategic recommendations, and policy guidance to enhance Cyberspace Operations across various levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive analysis and produce strategic documentation to support Cyberspace Operations.
  • Engage in strategic planning efforts, providing a broad perspective on joint warfighting concepts.
  • Facilitate and participate in strategic working group meetings to drive actionable outcomes.
  • Review and critique cyber-related strategies and policies from higher authorities.
  • Coordinate with Service Component Commands on strategic issues related to Cyberspace.
  • Participate in research studies focused on emerging technologies to inform strategy development.
  • Collaborate with other combatant commands, government agencies, and international partners to align strategies and policies.
  • Support interagency strategy formulation on Cyberspace matters, ensuring all concerns and equities are represented.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in a policy analyst role within the US Government, Department of Defense, or Combatant Command.
  • Proven expertise in conducting research and analysis to shape military operational strategies.
  • Possession of an active TS/SCI clearance and willingness to undergo a polygraph examination.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with strategic planning frameworks such as the Joint Strategic Planning System (JSPS) and the Quadrennial Defense Review (QDR).
  • Experience working within the Office of the Secretary of Defense, Department of Defense, or Joint planning staff.
  • Ability to develop forward-looking strategies that align with organizational goals and leadership vision.
  • Experience collaborating with senior military personnel.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possession of a Master's degree.

Security Clearance:

Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
