We offer a competitive pay rate of up to $15 per hour, depending on experience and case difficulty. Our caregivers play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our clients, and we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to ensure their success.

About the Role:

  • Provide professional, non-clinical personal care and caregiving services to enable clients to remain healthy and independent in their home and community settings
  • Assist with instrumental activities of daily living while encouraging self-care and independence
  • Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe living environment for clients
  • Transportation, as requested/approved
  • Meal preparation
  • Housekeeping & laundry
  • Grocery Shopping
  • Supports completion of activities of daily living

Requirements:

  • Desire to contribute to the well-being and quality of life of our clients
  • Competent in providing direct care to clients including bathing/grooming/dressing/toileting, personal hygiene improvement & maintenance, transferring/ambulation assistance, medication reminders, and meal preparation
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and identify and escalate unsafe or inappropriate home and community conditions
  • Comfort working in and respecting diverse work environments in client homes
