Pharmacy Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team at Kroger, a leading healthcare provider dedicated to helping people live healthier lives. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and promoting a positive shopping experience.

• Support company health and wellness initiatives by promoting healthy living and providing resources to customers
• Understand and adhere to Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) regulations and company policies
• Provide a stellar customer experience by accurately and efficiently performing all steps of release to patient and product dispensing
• Operate the cash register and follow all cashier handling policies to prevent loss
• Promote sales and services to customers and store associates
• Answer phone calls and triage customer inquiries
• Maintain departmental standards, including keeping clean and organized workstations and customer waiting areas
• Create an environment that enables customers to feel welcome, important, and appreciated
• Comply with and reinforce all safety and sanitation regulations, guidelines, and procedures
• Identify and report any unsafe conditions or illegal activity

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age
• Ability to handle confidential information

• Previous comparable experience in customer service or retail environment
• Experience with inventory control and customer service
