Job Summary

The IT Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of Premier Health's technology infrastructure. This position is responsible for configuring employee access, provisioning devices, and maintaining user security.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure new employee access and terminate access when employees leave the organization
  • Prepare devices for deployment, including provisioning of necessary applications and security settings
  • Provide project support as required and coordinate with Premier Corporate IT for access requests related to their supported systems
  • Audit user security to ensure only proper access and maintain IT inventory at required levels
  • Assist users with password and account issues
