Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Freezer, Cooler, and Deli Stocker Associate to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our freezers, coolers, and deli department.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the safety of our facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines.
- Ensure the sales floor and merchandise presentation in the Freezer/Cooler/Deli area meet company policies and procedures.
- Provide exceptional member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and assisting with purchasing decisions.
- Follow company policies and procedures related to the Freezer/Cooler area, including food handling policies, operating and sanitizing equipment, and maintaining cold chain procedures.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a stockroom or warehouse environment preferred.
What We Offer
- Competitive hourly wage range of $15.00 to $22.00.
- Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), and paid time off.
