Crisis Stabilization Unit

  • Daily coverage of 8 hours for the child/adolescent unit
  • Flexible scheduling options
  • No overnight on-call duties
  • Support from a multidisciplinary team on-site
  • Conduct risk assessments to inform critical decisions, including medication management and psychiatric evaluations
  • Ability to adapt workflow based on clinical priorities
  • Utilization of EPIC EMR for documentation

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

  • Annual salary of $365,925.00 for full-time Child/Adolescent CSU positions (40 hours per week) as W-2 employees
