- Collect and maintain records of vital signs, fluid intake, and output
- Report on patient condition and follow established infection control practices
- Assist patients with ambulation, turning, and repositioning
- Clean and maintain patient care areas and equipment
- Prepare and maintain written reports and records as assigned
- Assist with medications and respond to patient call lights
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of patient care principles and be able to work effectively as part of a team. You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with patients and staff.
