Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance student academic success and retention
- Lead a team of professionals to provide academic support services to students
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to integrate academic support services into the curriculum
- Develop and manage budgets to support academic support services
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of academic support services
Requirements
- Master's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in academic support services
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective academic support strategies
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
