About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Shopper to join our Hannaford To Go team. As a Shopper, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive a shopping experience that meets or exceeds their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service and assistance.
  • Accurately match items from customers' online shopping lists.
  • Substitute items for customers as requested.
  • Assist customers with picking up orders at designated pickup locations.
  • Recognize and differentiate between various types of produce merchandise.
Physical Requirements

This role requires the ability to perform repetitive hand and arm motions while standing or walking during the majority of the shift. You must also be able to bend and lift products weighing up to 15 pounds continuously, 25 pounds frequently, and 50 pounds on occasion.

Qualifications
  • Effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to meet minimum age requirements to perform specific job functions.
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job.
