Parkhurst Cook

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Parkhurst Dining. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in accordance with Parkhurst recipes and standards.

• Prepare food according to Parkhurst recipes and enforce the "batch" cooking method.
• Ensure the quality of the food produced and maintain the quality and quantity of food throughout the service period.
• Maintain open lines of communication with other associates and management.
• Complete daily production sheets and follow cleaning schedule as provided by management.
• Follow all HACCP guidelines and Parkhurst Gold Standards.
• Assist fellow team members at every opportunity.
