About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for obtaining high-quality diagnostic images of patients, using their expertise in radiology technology to assist doctors in making informed treatment decisions.

  • Prepares patients for diagnostic imaging exams, ensuring they are comfortable and secure throughout the process.
  • Takes high-quality x-ray films of various body parts to aid in diagnosing medical conditions such as cancer or fractures.
  • Instructs patients on how to position themselves correctly for accurate image capture.
  • Maintains compliance with all relevant technical and professional regulations, including federal, state, and local guidelines.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of two years' experience as a Radiologic Technologist, preferably in a critical care setting.
  • Valid state registration as a Radiologic Technologist.
  • Registry with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT).
