Job Description:

  • We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Sales Associate in Minot, ND.
  • As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing top quality customer service at all times.
  • You will also be required to prepare food and drinks, clean and stock the food prep area, and maintain inventory in coolers, drink boxes, store shelves, and display units.
  • In addition, you will be responsible for preparing shift-change reports, balancing cash registers, and adhering to daily operating procedures to ensure the store is clean, adequately stocked, and organized.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Process transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including counting and reconciling cash and operating equipment.
  • Stock merchandise and supplies.
  • Operate point-of-sale system and handle customer complaints in a professional manner.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a convenience store, restaurant, or retail environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work unsupervised in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
