This role entails recruiting qualified clinical personnel for positions that offer support within our long-term care communities. The Recruiter will be responsible for conducting telephone screenings, interviews, background checks, onboarding processes, and finalizing hires. Additionally, this position requires accurate personnel data entry, file management, and adherence to ongoing requirements. Please note that this is not a supervisory role.
This position operates Monday through Friday, with travel necessary to engage with potential candidates in the designated service region. Candidates must hold and maintain a valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.
