Night Auditor

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team at Springhill Suites Millbrook - RAM Hotels. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk during the overnight hours, providing exceptional guest service, and maintaining accurate records.

• Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Process guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of room assignments and key cards.
• Manage guest folios, posting charges and making adjustments as necessary.
• Perform overnight audits, reviewing and reconciling financial transactions and ensuring accuracy.
• Assist with guest requests, such as making restaurant reservations or providing directions.
• Collaborate with other departments, including housekeeping and engineering, to ensure seamless operations.

• High school graduate or equivalent, with one year of work-related experience in customer service, hotel industry, or a related field.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Data entry and database management experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work varied schedules, including nights and weekends.
