Job DescriptionAs a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Charge Nurse at Touchstone Communities, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate care to our residents. The position requires a valid Texas LVN nursing license and offers various shifts to accommodate your needs.
Key responsibilities include managing patient care, supervising nursing staff, and ensuring seamless operations in our community. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide best-in-class care to our residents.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must possess a current and valid Texas LVN nursing license or a current and valid LVN/LPN license from a Compact Party State. Experience as a Charge Nurse is highly preferred, but not required. A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask are essential for this position.
Available ShiftsWe offer various shifts to accommodate your needs, including 6a-6p and 6p-6a. You will have the flexibility to choose a schedule that suits your lifestyle.
