About the Role

Cascade Pump is seeking a skilled CNC Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. As a leader in low lift high-capacity industrial water pump manufacturing, we require a professional with expertise in repairing and maintaining CNC machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubricating equipment and inspection.
  • Troubleshoot hydraulics, electronics, and software, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
  • Use machine tool manuals, technical documents, and internal and vendor resources to research machine issues.
  • Document all work in the maintenance management system.
  • Manage outside vendors for service and repairs.
Requirements
  • Three years' experience in Repair and Maintenance of CNC machinery using a variety of hand tools and diagnostic equipment.
  • One year minimum of experience in lockout tagout and arc flash safety.
  • Fully experienced with all basic hand tools and toolbox.
  • Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and technical procedures.
  • Ability to read part manuals, electrical, and mechanical schematics, assembly instructions, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Knowledge of CNC machine design and operation.
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence and speak clearly and effectively with other employees.
  • Ensure work meets required safety codes and company policies.
  • Experience with FANUC controls a plus.
