Responsibilities:
The Recruitment Specialist II will oversee the complete recruitment process for designated roles within the healthcare system. This position will focus on achieving effective talent acquisition through the formulation of innovative recruiting and selection strategies tailored to meet the current and future staffing requirements at both the hospital and regional levels. The Recruitment Specialist II will identify and evaluate candidates for specific job openings, ensuring that all minimum qualifications are satisfied, and will coordinate and monitor interviews with hiring managers. This role will collaborate closely with hiring managers, human resource personnel, and senior leadership to ensure that recruitment practices align with the organization's objectives. Additionally, the specialist will assist in identifying and assessing new recruitment platforms and will provide training to other Talent Acquisition Specialists as necessary.

Qualifications:
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING

1. High school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business, or a related field is preferred.
2. A minimum of two years of experience in talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing, with a preference for healthcare experience.
3. Proven experience in developing and negotiating job offers.
4. Familiarity with electronic applicant tracking systems is essential.
5. Proficient in utilizing various sourcing techniques to attract both active and passive candidates.
6. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
