Medical Team Lead

TotalMed is seeking a skilled and experienced Medical Team Lead to oversee patient care in our Telemetry unit. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized care plans, coordinating with the healthcare team, and ensuring quality care delivery. Key responsibilities include monitoring patients' vital signs, assessing patient conditions, and providing interventions as necessary.
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. A minimum of two years of recent Telemetry experience is required, along with current RN licensure and BLS certifications.
