Key Responsibilities:- Conduct asset criticality assessments to identify assets that require risk-based inspection.
- Develop and implement risk-based inspection strategies based on a good understanding of refinery processes.
- Apply expert-level knowledge of risk assessment, risk ranking, and inspection planning to ensure effective risk management.
- Collaborate with different integrity data management systems, including PCMS, Meridium, Capestone, Visions, and UltraPIPE.
- Ensure acceptable scores in the QA/QC review process and achieve high-quality results.
- Responsible for all RBI configuration and data load activities in PCMS.
- Participate in data gathering and data mining efforts to ensure data accuracy and thoroughness.
- Review and ensure that RBI processes and principles are applied to client standards and best practices.
- Provide guidance to team members on RBI configuration and its application in all efforts.
- Facilitate Corrosion Review, Risk Review, and Inspection Planning Review sessions.
- Collect and close any gaps in the work process related to mechanical, process, and inspection history data collection.
- Define and set consequence areas for inventory grouping.
- Conduct risk analysis and ensure results are practical and accurate.
- Mentor site personnel on the RBI methodology.
- Engineering degree or high school diploma/GED in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 16-20 years of experience as an RBI engineer in a refinery or chemical plant.
This is a remote position with a competitive salary of $160,000.00 per year.
