At Orion Global Managed Services US Inc, we are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead small to large-scale hardware refreshes, deployments, reclamations, and other related projects. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced professional to make a significant impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary of $80 per hour, with the possibility of a 1-year onsite 1099 contract in our NYC, NY office. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience managing and coordinating move projects, with a strong focus on customer service, team coordination, and project management.

  • This role involves overseeing and ensuring the successful execution of hardware moves and other logistics activities, working closely with clients, and coordinating the efforts of on-site move resources and support teams.
  • The Key Responsibilities include:
    • Lead and manage hardware refreshes, deployments, and reclamation projects from initiation to completion.
    • Oversee and coordinate move resources, ensuring the team is aligned and meeting project timelines.
    • Work directly with clients to understand the scope, needs, and objectives of each project, ensuring clear communication and expectations.
    • Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
    • Engage, schedule, and coordinate move resources, including ensuring proper allocation and managing any issues that arise during the move process.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and move resources, ensuring that client needs are met and that the project is executed seamlessly.
    • Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project success.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, specifically managing move-related projects (hardware refreshes, deployments, relocations, etc.).
  • Proven experience in coordinating and managing move resources and project teams.
  • Strong customer service and engagement skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and foster strong relationships.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and teams.
  • Ability to manage and resolve conflicts or issues as they arise during the course of a project.
