Job Summary:

  • Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities.

  • Participate in training opportunities and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Requirements:
  • Current LPN license in applicable state
  • CPR certification
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for long periods
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
