About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at iMBranded. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced buyer to leverage their expertise in sourcing and purchasing high-quality products. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing supply inventory levels, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring timely execution of demand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and purchase quality products and materials
  • Update inventory levels and ensure stock is maintained at optimal levels
  • Submit, review, and acknowledge purchase orders as required
  • Create purchase orders for inventory and non-inventory purchases
  • Maintain strong internal working relationships with our Purchasing Director and Operational/Accounting teams
  • Negotiate with vendors to secure best pricing

Requirements:

  • College degree in business administration or supply chain management (or equivalent work experience)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a buyer (3+ years preferred)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven history of effective supply management
  • Able to create and administer a task priority list based on company needs
