Role Summary
We are in search of a dedicated temporary and long-term classroom instructor to step in for regular educators during their absences, including situations such as illness or maternity leave. The interim educator will be responsible for adhering to established lesson plans, overseeing classroom dynamics, and working collaboratively with fellow faculty members.
Key Responsibilities and Skills
- Implement lesson plans and facilitate classroom instruction.
- Prepare educational materials as needed.
- Oversee classroom management and student assignments.
- Foster a positive learning environment.
- Comply with curriculum standards set by the school.
- Engage with students and staff in a collaborative manner.

Educational and Certification Requirements
- A minimum of 60 college credit hours or equivalent qualifications.
- Completion of substitute teaching training or certification.

- Prior experience as a classroom teacher is advantageous.
- Ability to actively engage students in the learning process.

Compensation Details
- Daily rate of $150, with potential increases after a specified duration.
Work Schedule
Core working hours are from 7:15 AM to 4:00 PM during the academic year.
