We are in search of an Internal Medicine physician to become part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing consultative care for patients with vascular disorders, alongside engaging in clinical research and educational initiatives in this specialty. The vascular services are anchored at the Edwards Internal Medicine clinic within the Intermountain Medical Center campus. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant internal medicine experience and demonstrate a keen interest in vascular research and patient management. Our clinic serves as a premier educational venue, hosting trainees from our transitional year program, residents from the University of Utah Internal Medicine, and medical students. A strong passion for teaching and mentoring our learners will be essential in this position.

Practice Overview

  • Comprehensive management of patients with vascular conditions, including outpatient care, educational opportunities, and inpatient consultations.
  • Employment opportunity with the Intermountain Medical Group.
  • Collaborative environment with a team of 3 other vascular medicine specialists.
  • Located at Intermountain Medical Center with extensive access to various consultative specialties and services for patient care.

Qualifications

  • Board Certified in Internal Medicine.
  • Unrestricted Utah MD or DO license or eligibility to obtain an unrestricted license.
  • Completion of a U.S. ACGME accredited residency program.
  • Current Basic Life Support certification.
